The International Volunteerism Movement (GREAT) is an NGO focused on developing youth resources through an approach called international voluntary service (IVS). Among them are Short Term Volunteering (STV), Long Middle Term Volunteering (LMTV), Outgoing Program. ‘GREAT of Cities’ is a community or association of GREAT volunteers in 6 cities, Semarang, Salatiga, Pekalongan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Tulungagung. Each of the ‘GREAT of Cities’ associations has its own program routine.
